How long will it take for my order to reach me?

We ship from our factories so it can take up to 3 weeks.  Average order delivers within 10-15 business days.

When do I receive a tracking number?

We will send you a tracking number within 48 hours of your order.  However, since most of these tracking numbers originate overseas, they do not become trackable until your order clears Customs.  It can take up to 5 business days for your order to make it through Customs and your tracking number to register. You will be notified by us by email when we transfer your order to the shipping company, which occurs within 1 business day of your order.  

Can I purchase multiple quantities of products that are discounted?

Yes, you are welcome to order as many of an item as you would like.

What is your return policy?

We honor all returns requested within 30 days of your purchase.  We have a 100% Money Back Customer Satisfaction Guarantee. We want you to be happy and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are satisfied with our products and service.  If you have an issue with your order, simply email us and we will promptly refund you.

I’m having trouble purchasing from the site…

Most often when there is difficulty in the order process it has to do with the device that you are using.  We test our website daily on a desktop computer using the Chrome browser. This specific test tells us that the website is running on most platforms.  However, there could be exceptions. Try from a different device and if you are still having trouble, feel free to email us and we’ll assist you with your order.

How does the prescription lens adaptor work?

Some of our sunglasses come with a special adapter that allows you to put prescription or reading lenses into the adapter, and then the adapter clips onto the nose bridge of the sunglasses.

What is the frame clipped into the inside of my sunglasses?

The frame is a frame that can be used to insert your prescription or reading glass lenses.  Then you can clip the frame into the sunglasses to suit your vision. If you are not using them in this fashion, simply unclip them.

Are your sunglasses usable at night to prevent headlight glare?

No, please use sunglasses only for daytime.  We do occasionally offer nighttime driving glasses for the purpose of minimizing headlight glare.

Can your sunglasses be considered safety glasses?

No, please use proper safety glasses if conditions require them.

Are your glasses Z87 approved?

Z87 certification is expensive and causes us to have to raise our prices, so we did not get the certification, however, our actual quality is very similar.  We have every reason to believe that they would pass certification.

I need to change my order address.

Please contact us by email right away and we are happy to make the change for you as long as the order has not shipped out already.

Why are your prices higher on your website than in the advertisement I saw?

Our website reflects the regular retail price of our products.  On occasion we do run specials and advertise them. Simply email us if you cannot find the original advertisement, and we will send you the link to the discounted price you saw.

I don’t have a PayPal account.

You don’t need one.  We use PayPal for all of our credit card processing because we believe they offer the best security for our customers.  In this way, you do not need to worry about the security on our site, as we do not collect any financial information from you at all, as PayPal does that solely.  We like to be able to offer our customers greater peace of mind in this way.
